How we came to be.

Our bodywork story began with a few simple yet powerful thoughts: How could I provide a loving, safe space for myself and horses to thrive? What does that entail & how can I achieve this? As an avid horse lover, I wanted to understand horses more, and through my own health stuggles I finally recognized the importance of anatomy and the nervous system and how powerful these things being connected were! Knowing what it did for the human body intrigued my need to learn more about the equine body! I truly felt this was the missing piece to my horsemanhip, So I decided to turn this passion into a purpose. With a background in yoga, herbalism, basic equine care and training, I embarked on a journey to create a space where every horse and human can find freedom and piece as a whole together.
  • "There is so much more to a horse than just riding"
  • I strive to be the safe space in the environment.
  • I will always listen to the horses and respect their boundaries,
  • I can help you find the pain, cause and why/how it happened and how to work with it.
  • Horses are a gift and deserve our love, patience and care.

Our mission

Our mission at ESE is to provide a nurturing and inviting environment where horses can reset their parasympathetic nervous system all while readjusting their musclular/postural health, As well as educating owners about pain signs, finding the ROOT cause of their horses pain and helping to resolve those issues instead of masking it. We also hope to change the stigma around R+ and help owners truly connect with their horses while understanding their bodies.

Our value

Our value lies in fostering a secure and joyful space where horses receive personalized attention for their specific needs whether that be massage, training or rehabilitation. We care about gaining a horses trust without compromising their health. We value their opinions and boundaries and strive to understand them and their unique needs.

Nerve compression is believed to be caused by repetitive motions that effect an area where a nerve travels. The lower cervical spine, cervicothoracic region and lumbosacral region are the highest documented regions for compressive neuropathy to occur due to the bundles of nerves which reside there.
Nerve compression is associated with pathological posture, pathological hoof morphology, and changes in behaviour. The causes, symptoms and diseases associated with nerve compression can therefore be varied, sometime multifactoral and make diagnosis difficult.
Lazaris Nerve Release Technique ™ is a proprietary training created by Celeste Lazaris centered around releasing nerve compressions within the horse with a specific focus on the brachial plexus and lumbosacral plexus.
